teamgnesda stays in motion: Congratulations to the new members of our executive board: Stephan Pasquali and Marko Rostek (MSc).
teamgnesda sets the course for a succesful future. Due to the increasing number of employees and customers, the company decided to take the necessary steps in organisation and personnel management to continue being their customer’s first partner when searching, selecting and designing office estate. That is why teamgnesda starts 2016 with the appointment of a new executive board.
Stephan Pasquali (35), who was the managing director of IMMO-CONTRACT, one of Austria’s leading real estate agencies, has more than 10 years of relevant professional experience. He will particularly use his expertise in sales, finances, controlling, human ressources, strategy and for a deeper cooperation with teamgnesda international. “It was the comprehensive consulting approach and the close cooperative partnership with the customers at teamgnesda that attracted me from the beginning. Added to this is the high professional competence, the innovative strength and the employees that are focussed and motivated to work for and with the customers”, Pasquali said on his appointment. In his previos career, Stephan Pasqauli was in charge of supporting partners such as Nokia Siemens Networks, 3M, Manpower, the European Union or the Webster University with site selection.
Marko Rostek (MSc, 46) is working for teamgnesda since nine years. Over the last five years, he has accompanied and guided more than 10,000 employees on their journey to the new office. In his role as managing director, MarkoRostek will be responsible for the overall knowledge management of teamgnesda. “In turbulent times, such as we are all experiencing right now, employees as well as customers have a strong need for certainty. Hence, my priority will be the continous advancement of the value-adding process – from quality assurance via product development throught to the education and further training of employees.
Marko Rostek is proud of having advised notable companies such as the ERSTE Group, the Austrian Automobile, Motorcycle and Touring Club (ÖAMTC), the Vienna University of Econmics and Business and the Wilhelminen hospital.
Andreas Gnesda is pleased with having found the new managing directors Stephan Pasquali and Marko Rostek (MSc) for his company – two strong personalities advocating the idea of teamgnesda. Thereby, he has established an essential basis for advancement and growth.
